Tax
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Washington
State residents will be charged applicable sales tax.
Returns
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE ONLY EXCHANGES. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or ordered the incorrect
size, you can exchange it for a different one.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise,
it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send
your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance
and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery
confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does
not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost,
it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the
Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance
with the post office is a transaction between the individual
and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated
with Idawg.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damage
that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot
honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been
used, or is not in its original new condition. Idawg is not
responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping
Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.
If additional charges are needed, we will contact you for your
permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.
If you would like to expedite shipping, simply email us at sales@idawgclothing.com and
we can overnight or 2-day your order. During holiday especially, December-January, all orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears
damaged upon receipt, send it back without opening. We will send an exchange or credit you for
the item.
Idawg is not held responsible for any lost or stolen
packages. Please do your best to ensure proper delivery.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel or ammend an order, please EMAIL Idawg
IMMEDIATELY at sales@idawgclothing.com.

In the event your order has been charged and processed, you can still change you order
at no additional cost provided your order hasn't already been shipped.
We try to go out of our way every day to make sure that our clients and their dogs
are very happy with us, and enjoy their experience shopping
